I’m Lisa M. Drew
A depth-oriented somatic psychotherapist specializing in helping women recover from attachment and complex relational trauma in a way that is non-pathologizing and mind-body-focused.
As a licensed psychotherapist based in New Jersey and survivor of relational trauma, I am intimately familiar with the multi-dimensional impact of complex PTSD. My online therapy practice welcomes every part of your unique story because extraordinary transformation can happen when you’re seen and heard! My role is to help you feel safe and supported so you can learn to hold your vulnerability with compassion, practice mindful awareness, and ultimately release the emotional and physical effects of chronic stress held in the body due to interpersonal trauma using somatic (a.k.a body-centered) practices.
We’ll work together to identify your strengths and build the self-trust you need to regulate your emotions, cultivate serenity, and nurture healthy relationships.
